1. Start with clean, dry lashes, with all makeup and contact lenses removed.
2. Apply a thin line of serum along the upper lash line at the base of your lashes, like eyeliner.
3. Apply to your lower lashes and brows too if you like.
4. Let it dry for 1–2 minutes before applying makeup or putting contacts back in.
5. Use once or twice a day, morning and night, for best results.
